Waiver Acknowledgment

By digitally signing a waiver through YPDR, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms contained in the waiver. This digital signature is legally binding and has the same effect as a handwritten signature.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YPDR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
